It is our mission to help build the Kingdom of God. We have opened our stores not just to sell religious gifts but to use our stores as vehicles that allow us to help single moms, needy children and the poor while building the Catholic faith.
The Advent Shop allows us to use the proceeds from our stores to lend support to three of our favorite charities: Life Center of Long Island, Missionaries of the Poor, and Holy Child Association.

 Attention Schools and Religious Educations Programs: Advent Shops and the Diocesan Propagation of the Faith and Mission Office proudly announces the Pay It Forward Program!
As an incentive for greater particpation in the Holy Child Association (HCA), the Advent Shop is sponsoring "Pay It Forward", a program which pays 10% of all purchases made by your school, religious education program, students or families to HCA. Just mention your school or religious education by name when you make a purchase at one of stores or shop at our online store.
Money raised for HCA assists children directly in developing nations around the world and provides missions education materials to children here in the United States. The focus of HCA is "Children Helping Children".
